S.I.RA.L SpA, Società Italiana Raffineria Lubrificanti, was founded in 2000 from the vision and forty years of experience of its founding partner, Dr. Andrea Langella, who over the years has wisely invested significant economic and professional resources in the company's development.
Today Siral is an important industrial reality, among the main players in the reference market, dedicated to the development, production and marketing of lubricants, oils, greases and similar products for cars and motorcycles, agricultural machinery and for industry.
In addition to the production and sale of its own products (under the SIROIL brand), since 2012 the Company has also been involved in the blending and packaging of mineral lubricating oils and greases on behalf of third parties, through the private label service.
S.I.RA.L SpA has a production plant with an extension of approximately 20,000 square meters – half of which is covered – and with a storage capacity of 5,000 tons. The site has systems for blending, filling and packaging activities – that is, respectively mixing, filling and packaging – and an internal laboratory for R&D activities, with the aim of constantly improving its products.
The blending activity is completely automated and managed digitally, so as to always maintain control over production. The production capacity of the plant is equal to 60 tons of product. There are 6 tanks of 25 cbm and 3 tanks of 6 cbm, used for different types of oils, including: engine oils, motorcycles, hydraulics and transmission fluids.
The filling lines, fully automated, are divided by production, each intended for distinct packages based on the final products, including cans, drums, tins and IBCs.
There are many objectives that we have set ourselves with the introduction of the 4.0 company, first of all regarding the introduction of new products, in a short time, and the achievement of a wider visibility in the market served in real time.
These modernizations will also have an impact on the internal dynamics of the company which, thanks to innovation, will aim to obtain a positive leverage effect on profits, also ensuring optimal management of the supply chain.
Finally, the aim is to achieve a significant improvement in the productivity of the workforce, through a reduction in production downtime which will subsequently guarantee a significant improvement in the quality of the product offered.
The experience acquired and matured from generation to generation in the industrial sector allows us to propose a wide range of efficient solutions for every circumstance. The company, for this reason, offers lubricants, cooling lubricants and specific equipment for every type of application and mechanical processing.
Thanks also to the availability of a large lubricant warehouse, the company is able to make rapid deliveries and maintain stocks dedicated to customers. All this translates into a very high quality service, able to ensure efficiency, punctuality and speed in every situation.
